Veteran Benefit Services for Adaptive Mobility and Accessibility
       MobileLife is a NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) Certified Installer for Automobile Adaptive Equipment (AAE) and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). We offer professional installation for Patient Mobility Devices and Durable Medical Equipment such as Vehicle Wheelchair Lifts, Permanent Ramps and Stairway Glides.
       To initiate AAE Benefits for Vehicle Wheelchair Lifts, Reimbursement, Repairs or Reinstallation submit VA Form 21-4502 (Application for Automobile or Other Conveyance and Adaptive Equipment) for approval. Home Improvements for Veterans The Department of Veterans Affairs provides the following programs that provide cash grants to qualified veterans with disabilities for home improvements such as Wheelchair Ramps, Platform Lifts and Stairway Glides (Stair Lifts).
       Qualified veterans may receive both an HISA grant and either an SAH or SHA grant.
